Floral Marquee
The 2024 Festival will celebrate over 60 carefully selected, exemplary nurseries that all hope to be awarded a converted RHS Medal, the ginormous 190m long Floral Marquee is filled with stunning displays of spring bulbs, tactile foliage and all manner of every day and unusual plants and flowers, making it a true feast for the eyes.
There are opportunities to buy choice plants and rare gems from these expert nurseries to fill your garden and home. The nursery owners are also on hand throughout the show to answer questions, provide advice and share with visitors their floral passion.
The Floral Marquee will also be home to the Plant Societies and the Potting Shed Theatre. The sessions in the Theatre will provide the perfect opportunity to ask questions and gain specialist gardening knowledge. Find out more here.
Along with RHS Gold, Silver-Gilt, Silver, and Bronze Medals, there are two other RHS awards that horticultural exhibitors at RHS Malvern Spring Festival hope to win. These are:

RHS Master Grower
Each year, the RHS select a leading nursery to feature in the RHS Master Grower scheme, which acknowledges and awards recognition to specialist nurseries that use sound, skilful production methods to cultivate plants for their display and sale.
The chosen nurseries are often involved in developing new cultivars and in using specialist traditional and modern horticultural techniques.
The 2024 Master Grower is Grafton Nursery, near Pershore who specialise in hardy eucalyptus. Find out more from their website here.
Plant Village and Pavilions
The Plant Village and Pavilions are the place to stock up on British grown plants in flower and bulbs from the best nurseries from across the UK. Each nursery prides itself on the quality and presentation of its stand hoping to be awarded a coveted RHS medal at the festival, so keep an eye out for these as you wander around.
You’ll find seasonal bargains, ideas and inspiration for the whole gardening year, plus knowledgeable nursery owners, who will be on hand to provide advice on everything from cultivation to propagation.
In the shopping areas around the Plant Village, you’ll also find everything you’ll need to create or maintain your dream garden from pots, planters and handy gardening tools to greenhouses, potting sheds and even beautiful sculptures.

Free Plant Creche and Porter Service
Don’t forget we also offer a free Plant Creche and Porter Service who are happy to look after your purchases for free! Simply take your purchases to the creche so you can continue shopping and enjoy your day without having your hands full. You’ll find it conveniently located within the Plant Village.
Once you’re ready to take your purchases back to the car don’t forget to make use of our free Porter Service, which can be organised via the Plant Creche.
RHS Advisory Stand
Don’t miss the RHS Gardening Advisory stand!
This will be manned by a team of experts who are able to give advice on everything from plant health, encouraging biodiversity in your garden and everything in between. You can even bring photographs of your specific plant problems to have them identified!


Grow To Show
The Grow To Show area will be joining Floral Art in Avon Hall this year.
Gardeners take part in competitions to show-off their best flowers, bulbs, alpines, vegetables, pot plants, ever-popular succulents and photography and these are exhibited at the show.
There are over 100 competitive classes, and the entries are judged by experts in their specific fields, including judges from the National Plant Societies. Winning exhibitors display their place cards and everyone is hoping to be awarded the prestigious trophies for Best in Show or for Best in the Photography section. Click here to take part.


Grow & Know
Gardeners seeking advice from plant specialists will be able to speak to experts, for guidance and tips with a range of representatives from the National Plant Societies on hand in the Floral Marquee, who are brimming with knowledge and advice.
The National Allotment Society will be on hand by the garden to share their expert advice and tips on all things growing and gardening at the Festival to0. Find them near the Grow, Gather & Show Garden.
Floral Art
The Floral Art section is filled with amazing, colourful show stopping creations that have been designed to a theme that changes each year. Each design is judged on technical ability, plant material, creative approach and innovation to name a few.
Spectacular displays are created by individuals, and on an impressive scale, by NAFAS Area clubs and societies. Entries are judged by experts in their field, including judges from the National Association of Flower Arranging Societies (NAFAS).
This year the Floral art theme is ‘Pzazz!
