FAQs For RHS Malvern Spring Festival

Do I need to show a Covid-19 passport or evidence that I have had the Covid-19 vaccine?

Covid-19 passports are not required for entry to RHS Malvern Spring Festival.

What is your Covid-19 policy?

If you are feeling unwell with COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been told to self-isolate, please do not attend RHS Malvern Spring Festival. We have placed a number of hand sanitising stations around the Showground for public use. Face coverings are by personal choice and we would advise using your own discretion with wearing masks in our Talks Theatres. The majority of catering outlets and retailers will be taking cashless payment.

When are tickets on sale?

Members tickets are on sale now. General release tickets are on sale next week.

Why are the tickets different prices on different days?

Thursday tickets are more expensive than tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets. Thursday is known as Gold Day and is the first day of the festival. Thursday visitors will experience restricted visitor numbers, a more exclusive feel, and will be the very first to explore Malvern's inspirational show gardens and shipping container gardens before the crowds.

How can I buy tickets?

You can buy your tickets for each show in advance online or by calling 0344 338 5400 (calls are charged at normal landline rates or as part of your mobile phone plan). We encourage guests to book in advance.

If I receive an e-ticket, do I need to print it or can I show it on my phone or tablet?

You can show your e-ticket on your phone or tablet, or print it if you prefer.

I attend several of the shows each year and wonder if there is a discount ticket available?

For regular visitors to Three Counties’ events, Membership offers excellent value for money against ticket prices with added benefits.

If I am a Three Counties Member then do I need to purchase a ticket?

RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2022 tickets will be included in your membership package as normal.

Places to Stay

Can you recommend any places to stay near the Showground?

There's plenty of accommodation available in the local area. Take a look at our Places to Stay section for details of where to stay in and around the Three Counties Showground.

Event Mobility

Can I bring my mobility scooter or hire one at the show?

Mobility scooters are allowed on site provided that they’re driven safely, at low speeds, and the Three Counties’ safety rules are followed.

If your scooter has low ground clearance, a narrow wheel base, or is three-wheeled, we strongly advise you not to use it on the site. The ground conditions are unsuitable for scooters.

At RHS Malvern Spring Festival you can hire a suitable mobility scooter from Event Mobility.
