WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can buy your tickets for each show in advance online or by calling 0344 338 5400 (calls are charged at normal landline rates or as part of your mobile phone plan). We encourage guests to book in advance.
WHEN DOES THE FESTIVAL OPEN?
The Festival is open from 9:00am – 6:00pm each day. Last admission is 4:00pm.
WHERE CAN I BUY A FESTIVAL GUIDE?
Festival guides are available to buy in advance up to a certain point before the Festival to make the last posting date. They will be available to purchase at the Festival in the Floral Marquee, at all gates and at the Information Office (see map).

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE THREE COUNTIES SHOWGROUND?
Only assistance and participating dogs are permitted at the show and car parks, and we do not have provision on site for other dogs.
Please leave your pets at home if you are visiting us.
Please don’t leave dogs in cars, anyone who leaves dogs unattended in vehicles will be asked to leave the showground.
For all other third party events, please contact the organisers directly to find out about their dog policy.
ARE THERE ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES?

ARE THERE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING FACILITIES?
There will be six 7.2kw Type 2 charging points located inside the gold parking gate for the duration of RHS Malvern Spring Festival, available to use on a first come first served basis. You won’t need to purchase Gold Parking to use these.
I WOULD LIKE TO FIND ACCOMMODATION CLOSE TO THE SHOWGROUND, CAN YOU GIVE ME INFORMATION ON WHERE TO STAY?
There’s plenty of accommodation available in the local area.
Please get in touch with the Malvern Tourist Information Centre where local experts will be able to provide advice on where to stay and things to do in the local area.
I ATTEND SEVERAL OF THE SHOWS EACH YEAR AND WONDER IF THERE IS A DISCOUNT TICKET AVAILABLE?

CAN I BRING A MOBILITY SCOOTER TO THE SHOWS?
Mobility scooters are allowed on site provided that they’re driven safely, at low speeds, and the Three Counties’ safety rules are followed.
If your scooter has low ground clearance, a narrow wheel base, or is three-wheeled, we strongly advise you not to use it on the site. The ground conditions are unsuitable for scooters.
At RHS Malvern Spring Festival you can hire a suitable mobility scooter from Event Mobility. We strongly advise booking this service in advance in advance to avoid disappointment as there will only be a very limited number available to hire on the day.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather and ground conditions as the Festival is mostly outdoors.
CAN I BRING A PICNIC?
Yes you can, there are also lots of places at the show for you to buy food and drink. There are lots of picnic benches available at the show (including wheelchair friendly benches) and drinking water refill stations are available throughout the site.
IS THERE DRINKING WATER ON SITE?
There are drinking water stations at the Showground where visitors can refill their reusable water bottle, in an effort to reduce plastic waste. See map for locations.
ARE THERE CASH MACHINES ON SITE?
There are cash points on site (please see map for location and there is a charge for transactions).
CAN I BUY ESSENTIALS AT THE SHOWGROUND?
There will be a shop on site selling essentials such as plasters and paracetamol.
