FACILITIES AT RHS MALVERN SPRING FESTIVAL

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES

There will be an NCT baby changing and feeding area for members and non members behind Teme Hall (see map for location).

CASH POINT

There are two cash points on site (see map for location). Please not there is a charge for transactions.

CATERING & PICNICS

A selection of catering units will be available for you to grab a bite to eat from, along with cafes and a show shop across the showground.

There will be picnic benches, including four wheelchair accessible picnic benches, available to use across the Festival.

DOGS

Only assistance and participating dogs are permitted at the show and car parks, and we do not have provision on site for other dogs.

Please leave your pets at home if you are visiting us.

Please don’t leave dogs in cars, anyone who leaves dogs unattended in vehicles will be asked to leave the showground.

For all other third party events, please contact the organisers directly to find out about their dog policy.

EMERGENCY

In the case of an emergency at the Festival, please contact the nearest steward who will be able to assist you.

FIRST AID

Arley Medical are in attendance at the Festival, please see show map for location. If you need their assistance at the Festival, please speak to the nearest steward who will be able to help you.

INFORMATION

If you are looking for information or help while at the Festival, please make you way to the Information Office (see map for location).

Don’t miss the RHS Gardening Advisory stand in the Floral Marquee! This will be manned by a team of experts who are able to give advice on everything from plant health, encouraging biodiversity in your garden and everything in between. You can even bring photographs of your specific plant problems to have them identified (please don’t bring live plants or cuttings)!

POT SWAP STATIONS

There will be two pot-swapping stations, located next to the Floral Marquee’s Plant Crèche and within the Plant Village. Here shoppers will be able to exchange plastic containers for plantable POSIpot transportation sleeves, which can be planted straight into the ground. All the plastic pots collected during the festival will be recycled after the long weekend.

LOST PROPERTY OR LOST CHILDREN

If you miss place items at the Festival, please report this to the Information Office. If you get separated from your children at the show, please advise the closest steward who will be able to assist you.

SHOWGROUND SHOP & NEWSAGENTS

There is a showground shop and newsagents on site selling cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, confectionery, papers and healthcare essentials such as paracetamol and plasters and more.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed public area.

TOILETS

There are toilets and accessible toilets at the Showground. A Mobiloo will be on site on for all four days of the Festival.

DRINKING WATER

There are drinking water stations at the Showground where visitors can refill their reusable water bottle, in an effort to reduce plastic waste.

PLANT CRECHE AND PORTER SERVICE

Don’t forget RHS Malvern Spring Festival offers a free Plant Creche and Porter Service who are happy to look after your purchases for free!

Simply take your purchases to the creche so you can continue shopping and enjoy your day without having your hands full. You’ll find a Plant Creche conveniently located within the Plant Village and outside the Floral Marquee.

Once you’re ready to take your purchases back to the car don’t forget to make use of our free Porter Service, located within the Plant Village, which can be organised via the Plant Creche.
