The mindset by Anna Galagan
Garden Name: The Mindset
Designer: Anna Galagan
Divided in to two the garden has two contrasting parts to represent two different worlds. One grey and lifeless the other flourishing and joyful. People can experience either depending on priorities they set.
The central element of the garden represents the brain's cerebrum. The color and shape of it illustrates the human mindset - lifeless or joyful and full of life. The sculpture of child is to remind us that the decisions we make affect our children.
The lifeless concrete cerebrum turns into a gloomy megapolis towers. These represent how we sacrifice the environment for the sake of instant benefits.
Unfortunately, too often people make this choice. But the designer believes we still have a chance to change the direction. By changing our own mindsets and putting the right "programs" into our children's heads.
Bright thoughts create a bright world around us!
