Lesley Garrett & English Symphony Orchestra
FRIDAY 8 MAY
An occasion like the 75th Anniversary of VE Day calls for a special celebration. And we are delivering in style at RHS Malvern Spring Festival with a Last Night of the Proms style performance from Worcestershire-based English Symphony Orchestra led by renowned soprano Lesley Garrett CBE.
The 54-piece English Symphony Orchestra will play Great British classics including the music of Elgar set against the dramatic backdrop of the Malvern Hills which famously inspired him.
Your evening concert ticket offers great value as it includes afternoon entry to RHS Malvern Spring Festival from 4pm, allowing plenty of time to explore before the music begins at 7.30pm. So bring a rug and a picnic or come for supper first. This will be a unique evening and tickets are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
Elsewhere in the festival, we are marking VE Day with a specially commissioned garden and there will be fitting celebrations on the Festival Green throughout the day.
With forward seating you will enjoy a position right in front of the stage (10 unreserved rows of 20 chairs). Seating will be covered although open at both sides.
Forward Seating with Optional Two-Course Meal
A two-course menu is available to enjoy in Linden Restaurant for those with Forward Seating tickets (5.30pm, one sitting)
£48.00 for entry to the concert
£68.00 for entry to the concert and forward seating
