At the heart of the festival you’ll find the Festival Green. Show Gardens, picnic area and international street food all feature in this hub of activity. Take your time and relax while getting a bite to eat.

Did you know Malvern is a magical place? It always has been, right back into the dark ages.
What is less known until recently is the existence of a series of magical tunnels that run beneath the showground at Malvern. Nobody really knows what they are for or which primitive tribe built them, but what we do know is that during routine work one of these tunnels was discovered.
It is not a tunnel in any conventional sense but a conjoining of energy fields with no discernible beginning or end. Fortunately, we have been able to call upon the only living expert in pre-historic force vortexes, Professor Garibaldi Acronyx.
After a great deal of experimentation and research, we have been able to create two gardens for this year’s festival that are magically connected to each other via a revolutionary invention called The Malvern Telectrosope. You can discover these gardens on the Festival Green and Floral Marquee Green.
This year’s Festival Theatre welcomes top experts to share their knowledge and passion for food and gardening. Hosted by festival favourite James Alexander-Sinclair, the talks give you plenty of inspiration for the season ahead.
The theatre, designed by Ruth Gwynn Associates and built by Keyscape Gardens, explore the festival theme of Through the Lens. You will be transported to a traditional British seaside holiday, with beach huts, sand dunes and buckets and spades.
