Take your time and linger to rediscover the Victorian love of amusement.

Festival Theatre

This year’s Festival Theatre will welcome a host of top names to share their expert knowledge and passion for all things food and gardening. Take a seat and soak up the wisdom of experts including Alan Titchmarsh, Monty Don, Carol Klein, Joe Swift, Jekka McVicar, and Jon Wheatley.  For the full line up and to discover which day each expert is here visit Expert Advice

Hosted by award winning writer and broadcaster James Alexander-Sinclair, the talks and features at the theatre will provide you with plenty of inspiration for the growing season ahead.

This years' stage in the theatre, designed by Ruth Gwynn Associates and built by Keyscape Design & Construction, celebrates the richly varied and picturesque scenery of the Malvern Hills and celebrates the Spa town theme of the festival.

Pushing the boundaries between artificial and fresh flowers, there will be a blurring of the lines between what is real and artificial.  The stage showcases the seasons with inspiration taken from the local area.

Food Market

When you’re ready for a break, pop over to the international street food market to discover fine foods from across the world including Spanish, German and Greek cuisine.

Show Gardens

As you peruse the stunning Show Gardens created by leading designers, keep an eye out for the prestigious RHS medals awarded by the judges. The designers will also be on hand for you to talk to so that you can get tips on how to transform your own garden.

Spa Gardens

As a celebration of Malvern’s Victorian spa town heritage, we’ve introduced a new Spa Gardens show category for this year. This will give up and coming designers a platform for showcasing their talents as they re-imagine the spa resort experience for the 21st Century visitor.

We welcome one international designer as part of the Moscow Flower Show Exchange while one lucky designer will also have the chance to showcase their garden at the Moscow Flower Show.

Malvern Spa Association

Visit the Malvern Spa Association to see their daily re-enactment of the famous Victorian water cure treatment – not for the faint hearted! And take time to meet the local community who have re-created their Gold Medal winning ‘ Tree of Life’ Well Dressing for this year’s Festival – they have dressed Rose Gully in Malvern for the last 7 years for the annual Well Dressing competition.

Pause by the Bottle Fountain garden next to South Gate entrance to see another example of the ancient tradition of Well Dressing.

Treat yourself to a tasty morsel from the international street food market and then head over to the bandstand, grab a deckchair and tap your toes to the sounds of some great bands.
